For almost two weeks I had blood work every 48 hours and my levels continued to rise at a normal rate! At 6 weeks, 7 weeks, and 8 weeks they did ultrasounds and each time we saw a developing little baby and even saw the little heart beating! Turns out, I found out that I was pregnant very early and when I went into the ER I was only about 3.5 weeks along.
So, things are looking good!!
And I'm officially feeling pregnant, as in, the symptoms are finally kicking in!
Nausea.... Exhaustion.... Bloat..... Sensitivity to smells.... OH. WHAT. FUN!
June 6: 6 Weeks- Size of a Sweet Pea
Confirmed! There is a tiny little blob in there!!
And Happy birthday, Nana!!
June 14: 7 Weeks- Size of a Blueberry
Still a blog, but a bigger blog! Pretty sure we (saw the PA today) see a beating heart but we will come back next week just to be sure! In the very beginning, a lot of change happens each week!
June 21: 8 Weeks- Size of a Raspberry
It looks like a tiny baby! AND WE SEE/HEAR A LITTLE BEATING HEART!
Whew, what a stressful stressful few weeks this has been. So much peace (and happiness!) seeing this little tiny peanut (or should I say raspberry?!). I really really like my new doctor too! We feel so good about how things are going. I think we're ready to announce this to the world!! With so many appointments, ultrasounds, and days spent thinking about this... it's been really hard to keep it a secret!!
