MS3... FINISHED!

Psychiatry. Dermatology. Internal Medicine. Family Medicine. Emergency Medicine. Surgery. Neurology. OB/GYN. Pediatrics.
That was the past year for this guy. It was the notorious "worst year of medical school" and it was. There were super early mornings, long days, long nights, and long weeks, and even some long months... But he did it! And he did it well!! As the one waiting at home after a long day, taking care of everything at home so all he had to do was work, eat, & sleep, and most of the time pushing him out of bed in the morning when his alarm went off... I feel like the one in his corner that can brag on him for a minute... because he deserves it! He put his heart and soul into this past year. He had patients that inspired him, challenged him to learn more, and even some that devastated him. He watched new life be born, he watched people die, and he also helped give people a second chance to live. He had amazing reviews on every rotation (even surgery- nailed it.) and had countless attendings tell him "you really need to consider this, you'd be such a great ___". Ultimately, he found his passion in the family medicine clinic and he's going to be the best family physician ever! I admire him for his heart, work ethic, dedication, and ability to juggle so many things. Even with all the work, he was still such a great dad and husband. When he was home, he gave it 110%. He'd come home tired and still ask, "What can I do to help?" (And that can be such sweet music to a tired wife and mom's ears!) He would gladly help and not complain a bit... Unless it was his bedtime, then I was on my own! Ha! I'm so proud, so lucky, and so thankful.
ONE more year and he's finally done!!!
