Whoever says TV is bad for kids might want to amend their statement to : certain tv or too much tv is bad for kids, but it can sure be educational and fun too!
Yesterday Elliott was eating a PB&J sandwich that was cut into triangles. He bit the top off one of the triangles and said, "Look, I made a trapezoid!" WHAT?!?!.. then I had to google it to make sure he was right! Haha! Thanks, Umizoomis. Also, if it weren't for so many years of Chemistry, I'm not sure I'd remember all my prefixes (penta-, hexa-, hepta-, octa-) for shapes when he asks me. The kid isn't even 2.5, I might be asking him to teach ME things by the time he's 4!
Also, we've been house hunting and so E stayed with Aunt Cynthia and she snapped this awesome picture of him playing with Mr. Kitty.
Anderson has had a lot of firsts this week.
He rolled over! I gave him his first "hair cut" (trimmed the comb-over).
And I was sitting at the table and looked over to find him sitting up in his chair!
